In 2010, Adopt-A-Pet found loving homes for over 823 cats and dogs and funded veterinary care for some very sick animals
We are a non-proft animal rescue for dogs/pups and cats/kittens. We try to locate loving permanent homes for animals. All of our animals are current on shots and testing, spayed/neutered, and wormed prior to placing them in loving homes.
We offer a Low Cost Spay/Neuter program for people in our community who need help. Anyone using this program must be receiving some sort of financial assistance to qualify.
We also offer a Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) program for people caring for stray or community cats. The minimum fee to fix these cats is $35 per cat.
•We operate strictly through donations and receive no government or county funding.
•Nearly 2/3 of our budget goes for veterinary care and the rest is used for operational and building expenses.
•We accept both monetary and in-kind donations!
